It’s probably a bit sensitive to talk about but apparently there is a conflicting change and Microsoft is trying to make sure they play well together before being released.

I do not have a time for this to happen. It sounds like the original KB article will come back when they are ready.

Searching for it does not produce any new results. It appears it has been either moved or removed.
