Thanks for the clarification.  Parallels seems to be on a different wavelength than everybody else and have also identified their own markets independent of what Microsoft and VMware are doing.  That&#039;s probably both good and bad.

		<description><![CDATA[You forgot to mention Operating System virtualization, such as Parallels Virtuozzo.  It may be not be a popular technology, but is definitely type a virtualization that you left out.  OS virtualization is somewhere in between hardware virtualization and software virtualization.  I saw that you said in a previous post that you were at Briforum 2008, there was a session that focus on Virtuozzo what it is and how it works, see here: http://www.briforum.com/BriForum-2008-Chicago/session.asp?id=326, it&#039;s really an amazing technology (P.S. nothing in the Biforum makes sense until you get to the halfway point and then towards the end when it all makes sense).  I will try too see if I can find Steve Greenberg&#039;s whitepaper on the product, so that I can post a link to it here.]]></description>
